About Kevin Grammens, M.Ed., MPM

Kevin Grammens has coached soccer at Anchor Bay High School for over 30 years, leading his teams to numerous league and postseason championships. Throughout his career, he has earned nine Coach of the Year honors, while his teams have been recognized with the National Team Ethics Award and as both state and national All-Academic teams. He has also helped many student-athletes continue their careers at the collegiate level.

In addition to coaching, Kevin has spent more than 25 years as a fourth-grade teacher, giving him a unique perspective on developing young people both in the classroom and in competition. He firmly believes that mentality matters and has seen firsthand how a positive mindset fuels confidence, focus, and performance, while a negative one can limit potential.

Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Saginaw Valley State University and has trained in Mental Performance Mastery under Peak Performance Coach and best-selling author Brian Cain.

LAKE ORION HIGH SCHOOL

Kevin delivering a presentation to Lake Orion Football at Lake Orion High School on developing an elite mindset.

"Learning how to take life's situations and emotionally manage them well is something that I believe is lacking in our young people today!  (and many adults!!) It has been awesome to hear parents yelling the skills you taught. This lesson has given me practical tools to use when talking with my kids, and when I feel overwhelmed as well."
